There's a Vietnamese bubble tea shop I often frequent that has a picture of that man with a cross on the wall, but on the floor in front of the cash register is an altar with 3 men, maybe immortals or something, to whom they ritually offer incense, fruit, cigarettes and coffee among other things.
From what I can tell Vietnamese religious syncretism is unmatched in how broad and unique it is.
