4:55AM at Ông Già [Old Man] Cafe. I was the first customer. This was just before I boarded a van to go to Saigon. I wanted to renew my US passport, start an account at CitiBank, the only US bank operating in Vietnam, and get a visa for a country I'll name later. After much running around, I accomplished none of my goals, but I got a lot of information, so the day was not lost. I also had a good day photographing in Saigon.
