Auntie Mận [Dì Mận] and her daughter offer four types of noodles in the morning, then three more in the evening. Around 7AM, her tables start to fill with people patiently waiting to eat. Though her noodles aren't exactly great, they're good enough for Vietnamese, and some Laos, in Pakse. Judging from her accent, she's from Huế. Plus, one of her dishes is Huế beef noodles.

This morning, I gave one of her dogs a dressing down because he had barked and growled at me very aggressively when I walked by before the place was open. This, after I had petted him. "You're already turning against me, eh?!" ["Chưa gì mày đã phản tao, phải không?!"]. Dog was contrite.
