I don't know what state this is, but it sure looks like the Northeast, and may be Pennsylvania. Doesn't sound like the people who filmed this bothered to call the cops, and neither had the mailman, apparently, but he had work to do. With violent crooks looking to steal his master keys, he had enough on his mind.
