god damned incredible. my nephew is doing 18 years for armed robbery. absolutely no one hurt. yes, it was wrong--he's always since childhood had lots of problems, a disconnect. but what the fuck? here in england, that's a usual sentence for murder--eight years, ten years. this kid got his sentence around age 21 or 22. all his main adult years ruined. out at forty. unemployable. and this triple murderer gets 10? imagine if he were white.
