3839 Cafe. Both are 100% Vietnamese. Man on the left has been in Laos a decade, and is married to a Lao. Man on the right is a 4th generation immigrant. His wife is also a 4th generation Vietnamese and, rather incredibly, he speaks fluent Vietnamese. When I met him today, he was sitting at a table with four Lao friends. He's been to Vietnam a bunch of times, so his connection to his ancestral homeland is very strong.
