Since it doesn't just focus on Kensington's worst corners, it's a good overview. By showing that it's still a neighborhood with regular families, it's, in many ways, even sadder and scarier, since schoolkids must live among zombies.

I've walked through all the streets shown in the video, and have written quite a bit about Kensington.
