Vietnamese Court Music is on the Unesco list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity:
Going online today to apply for my 3-month Vietnam visa, I found out this is only allowed if I fly into Vietnam. Crossing by land, I can only stay 30 days. I might still go to Kontum then come back to Laos, but I'll have to think this over. During the Covid era, travel laws can suddenly change, so who knows what will happen next.
Another Vietnamese destination is Hue. Shown in the video is its court music.

The solution would be to get a Viet Nam passport, and if you don't have plans to
return to the USA, renounce your ctizenship. The IRS can't bother you then either.
Most countries accept vietnamese travellers without much hasstle, you have thought
of this, huge changes are in the pipeline, internet is being censored, many alt-sites
being blocked, soon valid information will disappear, careful what you post.
