Vietnamese. There are several hundreds Vietnamese in Krakor, a neighborhood north of downtown. Even those born here don't have Cambodian citizenship, and Vietnamese children are only allowed in public schools through the fifth grade. There is a Vietnamese Buddhist temple in Krakor, but no church. There's also a classroom where Vietnamese kids can learn Vietnamese, Khmer and other subjects.
