HA TIEN VEGAS on 1-8-25--Thkov copy



Hà Tiên is the Vietnamese city right across the border. Since nearly all the customers here are Vietnamese, the casino has Hà Tiên in its name. Vegas is attached for glamor. Cambodians aren't allowed to gamble in Cambodia.
