What this means is the US may have a volunteer fifth column inside the country ready to strike at any moment. Washington just needs to give a signal. The other day a group of Vietnamese men was seen sitting inside a cafe in Da Lat wearing makeshift outfits that imitate the US Marines uniform and one had a patch on his chest that said "US Navy" even though he's supposed to be in a grunt uniform. It is understood that they were only play-acting, though. So there's nothing there.
