On the right is a joint selling fried chicken and french fried sweet potatoes, a dish from Hội An in central Vietnam. Its Vietnamese name is "khoai lang lắc" ["shaken sweet potatoes"], because the potato wedges are shaken in a bowl to coat them with seasoning.
